About the Founder – Emma Leadbeater

I know wellness; after 28 years in the health and wellbeing industry, there’s not much I don’t know or haven’t experienced. Working as a Director for key brands in the UK such as Village Hotels, Hilton Group, De Vere Group, Accor Hotels and Macdonald Hotels in partnership with luxury product houses such as Espa, Decleor, Clarins, Thalgo, Comfort Zone and Elemis, I have built some great relationships and learned a lot from the very best in the industry.

I’ve completed key projects such as developing the outdoor thermal suite at Mottram Hall in Cheshire and the fantastic overhaul of the basement at The Grand Hotel on Brighton’s sea front to be the area’s best spa, plus lots more.

With 7.5 million visits to spa’s this year alone, the need for transparency and honesty is becoming ever more vital.

My vision is about giving you direct and genuine discounts – ultimately, it’s about choice.

When you buy from online discount websites, often prices have been inflated to show you a false percentage saving! Some elements within the spa package/experience have been given a false cost and would normally be included for free as part of your package, but are added on to make your spa package seem better value for money.

To me, the quality of a customer’s experience is vital. I want to arrive and be “taken care of” in a place that puts my needs at the forefront of my spa break or spa day. That’s why My Spa Pass only partners with the best in the country to offer a great experience all year round with genuine discounts, not over inflated, ‘50% off’ false promises; it’s important to me that you get choice and honesty.
