What is My Spa Pass?

My Spa Pass gives you discounted spa days, spa breaks, hotel stays, treatments & much more for 12 months, in locations across the UK. It is a physical membership card that will give you immediate discounts and savings.

What offers are available to members?

Each of our partners will offer a unique discount, which can be found on the ‘Partners’ page. These have been provided to save you money over the course of a year. Plus as a member you’ll be eligible to take part in exclusive promotions and competitions, offering great prizes from free spa weekends, to skincare packages.

What are the average savings I’ll get each time I use My Spa Pass?

Whilst we can’t predict an average saving due to the unique nature of each partner, usually the cost of a My Spa Pass annual membership has been covered in your first few bookings.

How To Join

How do I join?

The process of signing up is easy. Simply click ‘Join Today’ and fill in your details. Or if you’d prefer to talk to someone, call 0114 282 3370 and we’ll guide you through the signup process – it will only take a few minutes.

Once signed up, you’ll be emailed a temporary card that gives you immediate access to discounts, and you can log in to your account at any time using the ‘My Account’ button in our navigation menu.

Can I buy a membership as a gift for someone else?

We’ll shortly be adding a great new feature so you can send a My Spa Pass subscription as a gift! Keep checking back for updates on this exciting feature!

How long will my membership card take to arrive?

Usually our cards arrive in 2-3 working days, but we’d ask that you allow 5 days before getting in touch if your card hasn’t arrived yet.

Are the cards transferable?

No. Your card will arrive with your name and expiry date printed on them, making your My Spa Pass personal to you. Some Partners may also ask for I.D.

How To Book

How do I get my My Spa Pass discount?

When searching for your next spa visit, hotel break or gym on our ‘Partners’ page, each partner will detail the process of using your My Spa Pass. Usually it’s as easy as phoning your desired location, and mentioning that you’re a My Spa Pass member, at which point you’ll automatically receive a discount. Then just take your My Spa Pass card with you on the day when you pay.

Can I use my card every day of the week?

Each of our Partners have a variety of different offers for our My Spa Pass members, so please check their page to see which days of the week you can use your My Spa Pass card.

Do I need to book a spa visit in advance to get a discount?

No. We wanted to make My Spa Pass as easy to use as possible, so if you’d like to nip into your local spa for a treatment, you can simply show your membership card on the day to receive your discount. However for spa days and breaks, we would advise you phone beforehand to make sure there is availability.

Can I use more than one My Spa Pass per booking?

Yes – if you’re visiting a spa with a friend (or friends!), they can use their My Spa Pass on the same booking. Plus, if your friends aren’t members yet, they can sign up on our website to receive a temporary card via email, meaning they can use it straight away!

How can I update my contact details?

Simply click the ‘My Account’ link in our menu above, and add your new details where necessary.

How do I keep informed of new partners joining?

When you sign up to My Spa Pass, you’ll automatically start receiving emails which include member-only discounts, promotions, and information regarding new partners.

What happens if I lose my My Spa Pass?

No worries, send an email to info@myspapass.com and we’ll arrange a replacement. We may have to charge for additional cards to cover printing costs.

Can I recommend a spa to join My Spa Pass?

Definitely – we’d love to hear from you! Email info@myspapass.com with details on their location, and why you think they’d be great as a My Spa Pass affiliate!

How do I cancel my My Spa Pass renewal?

If you’d like to cancel your My Spa Pass membership, just give us a call on 0114 282 3370 and we’ll get your account updated immediately.
