My Spa Pass

My Spa Pass gives you discounted spa days, spa breaks, hotel stays, treatments & much more, at locations across the UK. If you sign up for an annual pass, you get a physical membership card that will give you immediate discounts and savings. You can also join up on a monthly basis – find out more on our ‘Join Now’ page

Please follow Government guidelines regarding the tier system and travel restrictions. We recommend you check with your chosen spa before booking to avoid disappointment. You will be able to see how the restrictions vary between the tiers and which tier applies to your destination here.

Each of our partners will offer a unique discount, which can be found on their ‘Partner’ page under Partner Directory. These discounts have been provided to save you money over the course of a year. Plus as a member you’ll be eligible to take part in exclusive promotions and competitions, offering great prizes from free spa weekends, to skincare packages. Visit the Member Discounts area to see all the added benefits you can enjoy as part of your membership.

Whilst we can’t predict an average saving due to the unique nature of each partner, usually the cost of a My Spa Pass annual membership has been covered in your first few bookings.

How To Join

The process of signing up is easy. Simply click ‘Join Now’ and fill in your details  – it will only take a few minutes.

Once signed up, you’ll be automatically emailed a temporary card that gives you immediate access to discounts, and you can log in to your account at any time using the ‘Member’s Area’ button in our navigation menu.

Yes of course you can, simply visit the Gift Membership page and you can buy an annual membership for someone else. It makes a great gift!

For annual membership users,  our cards arrive in 2-3 working days, but we’d ask that you allow 5 days before getting in touch if your card hasn’t arrived yet. 

No. Your card will arrive with your name and expiry date printed on them, making your My Spa Pass personal to you. Some Partners may also ask for I.D.

How to Book

When searching for your next spa visit, hotel break or gym on our ‘Where To Go’ page, each partner will detail the process of using your My Spa Pass. Usually it’s as easy as phoning your desired location, and mentioning that you’re a My Spa Pass member, at which point you’ll automatically receive a discount. Then just take your My Spa Pass card with you on the day when you pay.

For online discounts, codes are available in the Member Discounts area for you to copy and paste onto the partner website.

Each of our Partners have a variety of different offers for our My Spa Pass members, so please check their page to see which days of the week you can use your My Spa Pass card.

No. We wanted to make My Spa Pass as easy to use as possible, so if you’d like to nip into your local spa for a treatment, you can simply show your membership card on the day to receive your discount. However, for spa days and breaks, we would advise you phone beforehand to make sure there is availability.

Yes – if you’re visiting a spa with a friend (or friends!), they can use their My Spa Pass on the same booking. Plus, if your friends aren’t members yet, they can sign up on our website to receive a temporary card via email, meaning they can use it straight away!

Your Account

Simply click the ‘Members Area’ link in our menu above, and add your new details where necessary.

When you sign up to My Spa Pass, you can opt in to receive emails which include members-only discounts, promotions, and information regarding new partners.

No worries, send an email to info@myspapass.com and we’ll arrange a replacement. We may have to charge for additional cards to cover printing costs.

If you’d like to cancel your My Spa Pass membership you can do this at anytime. Simply log into your online account and cancel at anytime by visiting the Members Area and looking under ‘My Subscription’, here you can cancel your membership.

Buy a Spa Day

 

Our spa day packages vary in time, price and contents. To view all packages, visit www.myspapass.com/buy-a-spa-day. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase with full details of your package, how to get to your location, what to expect when you get there and where to go if you have any questions.

If you have a voucher or membership card, remember to present it at check in. Depending on the spa you are visiting, there may be different rules or routines. For a general guide to spa etiquette, please visit our blog post here.

Spa Gift Vouchers

Your voucher will be posted to your chosen shipping address within 2 working days by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.

Our vouchers come in £25, £50 or £100. If the bill for any goods or services exceed the value of the gift voucher you must pay the remaining balance direct to the partner. If the value for goods or services is below the voucher value then no cash will be given back from the participating site for any difference.

My Spa Pass Gifts

Our postage options are as follows: UK Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked (2-3 working days from dispatch) £3.95, UK Next-Day Delivery (guaranteed next working day + same-day dispatch), Special Delivery or DPD Courier £6.95, European Delivery (5 – 7 working days) – Royal Mail Tracked Delivery £9.95, RoW Delivery (14 working days) – Royal Mail Airsure Standard Delivery Not Tracked £15.

We aim to turnaround all orders within 3-5 working days. Please note at busy periods (for example Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day) this can extend.

We are able to ship worldwide.

We do not have online tracking in place just yet but if you would like to know the status of your order, please email us at gifts@myspapass.com and we will endeavour to get an update as soon as possible for you.

If you have put down the wrong postcode or need to change the address completely, contact us via email at gifts@myspapass.com as soon as possible. Please note, if orders have been printed we will not be able to change the address.
